HEAD, REAL ESTATE (CONTRACT)

 Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead investment in property and real estate
  • To strategise and formulate business plan and strategies in real estate / property investment 
  • Responsible to source, identify and secure an investment opportunities in real estate / property sector as well as proposing related recommendations
  • To lead and initiate the overall operational process of the investment including negotiation, documentation and agreement preparation and related legal requirements

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate Management / Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in related field including holding management position in property development or real estate investment and / or any other related function 
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills and good networking

 

 

HEAD, IJARAH (CONTRACT)

 Responsibilities:

  • To lead and  manage the implementation of Ijarah financing (Islamic Leasing) activities
  • To lead and initiate the overall process of the financing including operations, marketing, collection, documentation, legal requirements and etc
  • Sourcing, identifying and evaluating potential opportunities for further expansion of the activity

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Shariah / Islamic Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in related field including holding Shariah Managerial position in banking and financial service industry or any other related functions with specialities of Ijarah / Islamic leasing based financing
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills and good networking

 

MANAGER, EQUITY

 

Responsibilities:
  • To plan, execute and monitor portfolios under management in line with the broad strategy adopted to achieve targeted returns
  • To manage portfolios according to their respective objectives, expectations of clients and rulings and guidelines set by the relevant authorities and the company.
  • To conduct cash management placement for the portfolios as and when necessary
  • To conduct and produce research analysis on economic sectors and listed companies
  • To prepare periodical portfolio reports for submission to clients, management, Investment Committee and Board

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in equity fund management and/or equity research analysis
  • Holder of the CMSRL or has passed Modules 9 and 10 examinations
  • In-depth knowledge of macroeconomic and/or fundamental or technical analysis
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work extended hours and meeting strict deadlines.


ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in formulating the marketing plan and strategies
  • To coordinate the implementation of marketing plans and strategies
  • To monitor and review the zone’s performance; sales and recruitment targets
  • To recruit, train and motivate new Unit Trust Consultants
  • To ensure the smooth flow of branch operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Finance / Business Management or its equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in sales of financial products preferably in unit trust, banking or insurance
  • Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorization Card   
  • Self starter, strong inclination for sales, service and performance oriented
  • Able to formulate business strategy and planning
  • Excellent and creative ideas towards distribution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good networking with wide coverage and contact
  • Good understanding in Unit Trust System and technology
  • Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
