Hasni Hassan has been with the Pelaburan MARA Group since 2017 before she assumed her current position in April 2023.
She is responsible to create awareness, conduct continuous review and business process improvements for the implementation and management of new / revised Standard Operating Procedures & Policies, Guidelines, Manual, as well as the Delegated Authority to align with the Group’s operational directions.
She has more than 20 years of experiences in the banking and financial services industry ranging from Corporate & Commercial Banking as well as SME Financing (Business Development, Marketing, Credit Evaluation, Financing Documentation, Disbursement and Early Care) with Malayan Banking Berhad, Bank Islam (M) Berhad, OCBC (M) Bank, RHB Bank Berhad, Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad and Malaysia Debt Ventures Bhd.
She received her Professional Certificate in Islamic Finance (PCIF) from INCEIF and graduated from the University of Tenaga Nasional with B.A. Accounting (Hons).
